Marlene Dela Rosa is the Director of Delivery Management for Comcast Technology Solutions (CTS). In this role, she is responsible for all aspects of product engineering delivery, program and project management organization. This includes managing the team of technical program and delivery managers; implementation and training on all processes relating to delivery including MBOs, risk mitigation, executive program status, executive communications for global customers; and also engaging as an individual contributor on strategic key programs when necessary.
Previously, Marlene was a Program & Portfolio Director in CTS TheVideoPlatform Global Professional Services organization managing strategic customer engagements in the APAC and North America regions.
Prior to joining Comcast, Marlene held senior global leadership roles in Product Development, Product Engineering and Software Engineering for other Fortune 500 companies and technology startups; and held mentorship roles in several non-profit organizations.
Marlene graduated from De La Salle University with a B.S. in Computer Science. She lives in the greater Seattle area with her husband and their two wonderful children. In her spare time, she enjoys doing volunteer work, cooking and spending time with her family.
