Marsha Humphreys Gee currently serves as Vice President of Billing for Suddenlink, a privately held communications company serving approximately 1.4 million customers, representing approximately 2.4 million RGU’s. The eighth largest U.S. cable operator, Suddenlink is based in St. Louis, MO, and delivers a competitive choice of advanced digital products and services, including voice, video, and data. Marsha manages a team of more than 35 geographically dispersed professionals. Her team is accountable for maintaining all aspects of the billing systems as well as implementing new products, offers, and technologies. Some of the billing team’s responsibilities include pricing, discounting, product delivery, customer communications, and statement design. Marsha has spent the last 26 years in the cable industry. She joined Suddenlink in 2004 as Director of Billing and was promoted to Vice President in January 2006. Prior to joining Suddenlink she worked for Charter Communications, supporting corporate billing projects. She also served Charter as Director of Billing in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Additionally, Marsha has held various positions within the Helicon Cable Communications organization. Over Marsha’s career, she has managed over 45 billing system conversions, migrations, and standardization projects. She has also been involved in multiple acquisitions and divestitures. At Charter, she worked with numerous business owners to design and implement a new statement format that would ultimately service over two million subscribers. At Suddenlink she was responsible for building a team that would support all product lines including advance services and flow-through provisioning. Marsha lives in Lake St Louis, MO, with her husband Jim. They have 2 sons and 3 daughters who have blessed them with 3 amazing grandchildren. In her spare time, she loves to boat on the Mississippi, read, and play grandma. |
