Marte Kinder is the Senior Manager of LEC Management and Carrier Relations for Time Warner Cable. As Senior Manager, Marte is responsible for managing a portfolio of vendors and a team of Carrier Relations Managers that are responsible for vendor performance and contract/vendor management. Marte is responsible for driving improvement in results and efficiency within Carrier Relations and the business at large. Marte is responsible for business, provisioning, and billing escalations.
Marte’s early career focused on wireless, wireline, and VoIP 9-1-1/E9-1-1 implementation, compliance, and operations where she was a NENA Certified Emergency Number Professional. Marte was responsible for the technical and operational aspects of 9-1-1/E9-1-1 service for TWC’s Phone subscribers. She was also responsible for Telecommunications Service Priority, Operator Services, and Directory Assistance. She represented TWC on the Federal Communications Commission’s Communications Security, Reliability and Interoperability Council; the Federal Communications Commission’s Emergency Access Advisory Committee; and the Department of Homeland Security’s Telecommunications Service Priority Oversight Committee.
Marte holds both a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
