Mary Jo Moehle

Mary Jo Moehle is Vice President of Communications and Investor Relations for Charter Communications, Inc. and oversees internal and external communications to the investment community and to media.  She has responsibility for development and direction of public and community relations, working closely with Charter departments to ensure consistency in the Company’s messaging to all of its stakeholders.

Active in cable since joining Charter in 2000, Mary Jo served as the Company’s first Director of Investor Relations, helping establish relationships in the investment community; buyside and sellside analysts and shareholders for newly public Charter.  She assumed her current role heading both investor relations and communications in 2007.

Prior to joining Charter, Mary Jo was with AmerenUE for four years in investor relations and financial reporting.  She began her career in the audit practice at Price Waterhouse, LLP now PricewaterhouseCoopers) which she joined upon her graduation from college.

Mary Jo received her BSBA degree with honors from Saint Louis University.  She has been a member of the Midwest Chapter of Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) and serves on the boards of the NCTA Public Affairs Committee and Association of Cable Communicators (ACC).  She is an active member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) for the past eight years and has served on the organization’s board of directors.  Mary Jo lives in the Saint Louis suburb of Clayton, Missouri with her husband and three children.  She is an enthusiastic participant in major fund-raising efforts for the Special Olympics Missouri and coaches elementary sports at her childrens’ school.
