Mary Kate is a Senior Manager of Finance Operations for Effectv at Comcast. Her primary focuses are customer onboarding, billing, and statement of accounts. Her efforts help maximize customer experience and streamline processes for the national customer base. She is also engaged as an individual contributor on strategic projects related to customer experience and back office systems. Outside of her core responsibilities at Effectv, Mary Kate has been nominated and participated in the “Developing a Leadership Mindset” program.
Mary Kate has been with Effectv for over five years. Prior to joining Comcast in 2015, Mary Kate gained extensive experience in the “Big 4” management consulting space by providing professional services to hospitals around the country. In this role, she was instrumental in the success of revenue cycle and reimbursement projects for hospitals.
Mary Kate attended Pennsylvania State University where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Policy Administration. Outside of work, Mary Kate enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exercising, and spending time at the beach. She lives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with her husband Jeff, their daughter Adeline (4), and their son Landon (1).
