Maryann Hennessey, PCC, CPCC

Maryann Hennessey is President of New Frontiers Leadership Coaching, an executive coaching and leadership development company that specializes in change management within an organizational setting.  Leveraging her 15+ years of leadership experience in the corporate setting, Maryann’s focus is on helping leaders undertake the transformation and reinvention that is often needed to bring about a more successful and sustainable future for themselves, their organizations and those they lead.  A former executive on Wall Street, her approach aligns a bottom-line sensibility with the people side of change management.

With a focus on the development of the "Inner Leader" and creating an ownership culture, Maryann works with clients, from the boardroom to the rank and file, to articulate and realize the bigger and more compelling vision that they each hold for themselves, their teams and organizations.  She does this by assisting them in gaining clarity and confidence such that they are able to undertake more conscious, purposeful and successful action, cut through the clutter to create and forge a path forward, and break through barriers to success.  The result is that they are empowered to reach their full potential regardless of position and create a better future in the midst of uncertainty and change.

Maryann recently partnered with The Alternative Board (TAB) facilitating and coaching business-owner peer advisory boards.  In 2012, she completed a long-term coaching engagement at Northrop Grumman’s Bethpage, NY site where she was acknowledged as the "driving force" behind the success of a new coaching center and the Leadership Coaching Program.

To the field of executive coaching, Maryann brings a unique skill set.  Prior to launching her coaching career in 2007, she served as a Director and Vice President on Wall Street in a financial analyst and corporate advisory capacity most notably at JPMorgan Chase.  Here she gained industry knowledge that is both wide and deep.  Starting out as a generalist covering numerous industries she later specialized becoming an expert on the healthcare sector.  In her coaching practice, she therefore brings a first-hand understanding of both the internal and external drivers within the corporate context as well as a career-long track record as a trusted advisor.
