RVP, Business Marketing Time Warner Cable
Maureen Link currently serves as Regional Vice President of Marketing for Business Services, East Region at Time Warner Cable. Link oversees product management, lead generation, online marketing, media planning, customer lifecycle management and field marketing. On top of working closely with Corporate Commercial Services to create and execute integrated marketing plans with specific strategies for revenue growth, she also provides leadership and focus in the development and management of a high growth business to successfully meet financial and business objectives.
Link joined Time Warner Cable in 2009 as the Regional Vice President of Sales and Marketing for New York City. Link consistently led her team to achieve aggressive revenue growth targets each year, expanded both direct and indirect sales channels and established a sales management structure that resulted in substantial productivity increases, all while launching new revenue streams. She has a proven track record of creating customer experience strategies and tactics that increase customer retention and loyalty.
Prior to Time Warner Cable, Link was the Area Vice President of New York City, New Jersey and Connecticut at Sprint Nextel. She spent twelve+ years at Sprint in a variety of sales and marketing leadership roles for the company’s corporate and regional divisions.
Link began her career at NYNEX Corporation (Verizon) and steadily rose up the ranks to become the Director of Market Development. She gained invaluable experience in developing robust customer relationships, successfully managing all aspects of major product/market launches, and leading large cross-functional teams through competitive change.
Link holds a Masters in Business Administration from Columbia University Graduate School of Business and was a part of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelor’s in Management.
