Meena Soleiman currently serves as Vice President of Finance and Business Operations for Comcast Cable Corp., the country’s leading provider of cable, entertainment and communications products and services. In her new role, Meena oversees budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for Next Generation Access Networks’ activity and spend. She provides operational analysis and business planning for the company’s next generation access networks construction spend, growing to $2.0 billion annually. She is concentrated on identifying, developing, and helping to drive execution of performance and operations metrics to drive operating and process improvement in Comcast’s access network construction endeavors. She is dedicated to improving the customer experience, reducing expense and increasing revenue.
Meena has worked in the Finance field for over 20 years and has served on the finance teams of large organizations such as ExxonMobil, Cendant Corporation, and DoubleClick before joining Comcast in 2003 as Director of Sales Analysis & Reporting. During Meena’s 14 years at Comcast, she has progressively moved through roles as Director, Senior Director, Executive Director, and Vice President. Most notably having spent seven years driving the financial and operational performance reporting and analysis of $5B annual Residential Technical and Engineering expense. In this role, Meena was critical in identifying, developing, and helping to drive execution of new performance and operations metrics for the Field Operations teams. She is hoping to do the same in her new role supporting Comcast’s construction efforts.
Meena holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance from Bloomsburg University. She resides in the suburbs outside Philadelphia with her husband, Griffith Barger, and their two daughters.
