Megan Kew

Megan Kew is the Director of New Media Program Planning for Scripps
Networks Interactive. In this role, she is responsible for the development and
implementation of programming strategies across the company’s digital
footprint.  In addition to leading the
long form video strategy across SNI’s suite of web sites and TV Everywhere
apps, Megan is also responsible for programming Scripps’ SVOD, out of home, and
3rd party syndication partners.
Megan also works closely with her colleagues in marketing and business
development to craft custom content packages for SNI’s digital partners that
meet both parties’ goals.

Prior to joining Scripps in 2013, Megan was the Director of Programming
for Spike where she was responsible for programming across both linear and
digital properties.  Before that she
spent several years in the Programming department at Oxygen Media.  Megan got her start in the industry at NBCU’s
now defunct Trio Network, where she worked in the Programming and Acquisitions
department.

Megan is a graduate of the University of Utah and
holds a Master’s Degree from Columbia University.  She is a member of the Washington
D.C./Baltimore Chapter of WICT and the New York chapter of BAFTA.  As a recent transplant to the D.C. area, she
is enjoying exploring her new city.
