Megan Quigley

Megan Quigley is the Manager of Time Warner Cable’s Network Operations’ Knowledge Management (KM) team. She strategically develops and manages the KM program to increase operational efficiencies by enabling knowledge capture and transfer within a large operations organization. Megan expanded KM beyond operations in 2013 by leading the initiative to select the first ever enterprise KM application at TWC, including its strategy, goals, and metrics. She works closely with teams across the company to solve problems and put information into the hands of people who need it. She also developed and led the KM internship program in 2013.

Megan joined Time Warner Cable in 2009 as a technical writer and process developer, producing support process documentation for TWC’s migration from a Sprint to TWC voice platform and managing the operations teams’ content management software migrations. In this role, Megan was awarded Time Warner Cable’s "MVP" employee of the year award in 2011.

As core team member of TWC’s Connect A Million Minds (CAMM) initiative, Megan leads the math mentoring program with a local elementary school, volunteers as a mentor to at-risk students, and co-chairs the annual golf tournament benefitting the school, raising over $150,000 from 2010-2013. As an active member of the Washington DC WICT chapter, she has participated in the DC WICT mentoring program, WICT Leadership Conference, Cable Boot Camp, Tech It Out, and Power Broker’s Breakfast.
