Director, Ad Sales Partnerships A+E Networks
Melanie Harris-Lee is the Director, Ad Sales Partnerships Production at A+E Networks. In this role, she is responsible for the production and project management of cross-platform branded content campaigns, and in-show integrations for multi-million dollar media deals across the A+E portfolio (History, A&E, Lifetime, FYI). Melanie works closely with internal and external stakeholders, providing leadership and strategic direction for the execution, launch, and management of these priority Ad Sales partnerships. She began her A+E Networks tenure as a Senior Manager, Ad Sales Partnerships, where she managed various pre- and post-sales responsibilities for digital and cross-platform branded content campaigns.
Prior to joining A+E Networks in 2016, Melanie began her media career in client services at New York based digital media company, iOneDigital (an affiliate of Urban One), where she provided high level pre- and post-sales support to senior management and helped drive revenue growth through strategic media plans and campaign maintenance. She was promoted to Project Manager, Integrated Marketing, where she managed project plans, cross-department communication, and ROI to ensure that the execution of all custom, digital integrated marketing programs were achieved efficiently and in accordance with expectations.
Melanie graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Boston College, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Honors Communication. She currently resides in New York City. Outside of work, Melanie enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and exploring New York’s dining scene.
