Melissa Koehler

Melissa Koehler joined Turner’s Enterprise Performance team as Director of Operational Performance Management in July of 2007.  Her primary focus is to provide leadership and program management for various key initiatives across the enterprise.  She partners with business units across Turner to assist them in creating and implementing process and project methodologies, strengthen communication and collaboration, and implement a solution for sustaining the improvement measures.

Melissa comes to Turner from the cinema industry where she played key leadership roles in IT operations, product development, program/project management, operational efficiencies, business and brand development, production and art, and creating and maintaining affiliate relationships. Melissa built a solid foundation in this industry as being a solution oriented team player who believes in the cultivation of relationships and delivering exemplary service to all internal and external clients.

Most recently, Melissa was Vice President at Cinema Screen Media, an entertainment distribution organization where she was responsible for the Business/IT operations, production/art, and affiliate relations departments. In this role she focused on driving the digital initiatives by leveraging her experience in strategic situations such as new product ventures, acquisitions, and growth operations.

Mrs. Koehler is a member of several professional organizations including the National Association for Multi-ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC), Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT), and Women in Technology (WIT). Mrs. Koehler has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Kennesaw State University.
