Michele Corsini is a Senior Director of Product & Strategy within the Technology, Product and Customer Experience (TPX) organization of Comcast Cable centering on collaboration amongst business units and technology teams to drive the execution of both strategic and tactical goals. In this role, she leads the data experience (dx) Product & Strategy team, focusing on establishing a Center of Excellence for data products that drive the adoption of platform self-service and certified data assets.
Michele is a seasoned Telecommunications Business and Technology leader with more than 20-years’ experience streamlining business processes and delivering enterprise-scale programs that align business objectives with technology solutions. Michele has held various roles since joining Comcast in 1999. She has over a decade of experience successfully leading, designing, and implementing information, reporting, and analytical solutions for many successful initiatives to improve customer experience, increase revenue and decrease expense. As a proven leader, her focus is on building and growing high functioning teams and leveraging automation to drive simple, elegant solutions.
Michele has been a WICT Greater Philadelphia Chapter Board member since 2018, currently serving as the Programming Chair. When not immersed in “data,” Michele enjoys home redesign projects and spending time with her husband, four children and two dogs; they like to travel and are involved in sports.
