Michele Goldstein is the Vice President, Strategic Planning and Operations for Rainbow Media Network Sales. In this role, Michele is responsible for the financial analysis and operational management of Rainbow Media’s five linear network programming services and transactional video-on-demand services. She works closely with executive management on deal analysis and has played a role in many Rainbow Media initiatives, including the acquisition and integration of The Sundance Channel.
Michele’s career in the cable and entertainment industry spans nearly 20 years with experience in strategic planning, financial analysis and investor relations.
Prior to joining Rainbow Media, Michele held the position of Vice President, Planning and Investor Relations at World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. She was responsible for all aspects of the company’s financial planning and communication to the financial community. Earlier in her career, Michele was with Viacom Inc. and worked in various corporate finance positions, advancing to Vice President, Financial Planning. As well, Michele also logged experience with Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneurial Services Group.
Michele holds a Bachelors of Science degree from the Syracuse University and is a Certified Public Accountant. She has been a board member of the New York Chapter of Women in Cable Telecommunications since 2006 and currently serves as the Treasurer.
