Michelle has over 15 years of Human
Resources experience and has been actively involved in employee development
from the early stages of her career. She
is the VP of Human Resources for Comcast Cable’s Greater Philadelphia market
which serves over 2.1M subscribers. Michelle is responsible for employee
development, executive development, compensation, benefits, employee relations,
employee communications, talent acquisition and organizational development for the
6,000 employees in her market.
Michelle has been with Comcast since 1998
when she joined the organization after obtaining her Associates Degree. She left the organization for a short period
of time to pursue her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management which she
received from Lesley University. She
joined the Human Resources function in 1996 and has developed into a key HR
leader in the organization.
Michelle is a member of Society of Human
Resource Management and Northeast Human Resources Association, two highly
respected HR professional organizations.
As well, she is a member of the Women in Cable Telecommunications
organization. She currently resides in
Pepperell, MA with her husband and three children. Michelle enjoys traveling with her family and
aspires to become a published novelist.
