Director, Learning & Organizational Development Suddenlink Communications
Minnie Hardcastle is National Director of Learning & Development for Customer Care. In this position, Minnie oversees strategic learning and development for Suddenlink care centers, and retail front counter agents. Minnie is charged with developing the core new hire learning programs for Suddenlink care centers and retail front counter agents, classroom materials for new hire agents, new products, and updates to current products. She coaches and mentors the customer care training mangers and trainers at Suddenlink. Minnie was a recipient of The WICT North Star Advocate Award in 2009 for the Greater Texas WICT chapter. She is a member of WICT and serves on the Greater Texas board.
Minnie started her career in the cable business in 1992 as a CCR. In 1994 she became Customer Care supervisor then in 1997 became the office manager. In 1999 she was offered a training position for one of the largest regions in Cox. Minnie became the training manager in 2001 and then national Director of Learning & Organizational Development in 2005.
Minnie currently resides in Tyler Texas and enjoys travel, and the beach. She has been married to Larry Hardcastle for 40 years; they have 2 wonderful children and 7 beautiful grandchildren.
