Missy Altergott

Missy Altergott is Vice President of Enterprise Marketing Programs for Spectrum Enterprise, a division of Charter Communications.  She is responsible for strategy, execution and optimization of sales and marketing programs that drive awareness and leads for new client acquisition and cross-sell for the client base.  This includes market segmentation across mid-market, vertical and strategic accounts, demand generation, content marketing, and client renewal programs.

Missy has extensive marketing experience in the enterprise telecommunications industry.  Prior to Charter, Missy led global corporate marketing for Level 3 Communications (now Lumen) and was responsible for brand marketing communications, marketing operations, demand generation, and event marketing. She also positioned the brand for executive thought leadership forums such as the World Economic Forum, MIT Sloane Symposium, TedMed and SxSW.  She held senior leadership roles within the marketing agency business with CenturyLink and Qwest as marquee clients.  She has shared her knowledge serving as a thought leader on various panels for ANA Business Marketing.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Pepperdine University as a member the Dean’s List.  Missy is a member of WICT, the Future CMO Club, and mentor for the Spectrum Enterprise Women’s Leadership Development Initiative.  She has participated in the University of Denver and Mountain States Executive Education programs.  Additionally, she has served as a Board Member for Colorado Steppin’ Out for Kids, the Marketing Council for Colorado Special Olympics, a volunteer for the Global Down Syndrome Foundation, and a Colorado Youth at Risk Mentor.
