Morgan Dewan

Morgan Dewan is the Vice-President of Production Development + Social Media for Turner Sports. She is responsible for the Turner Sports social media ecosystem which includes platform partnerships, business development, content strategy and execution, audience development and insights.

Morgan joined Turner in 2013 and was responsible for creating the social media strategy across all Turner Sports properties including NBA TV, NBA on TNT, PGA.com, MLB on TBS, and NCAA Digital including NCAA March Madness. Morgan worked across the organization to create the social media practice at Turner Sports, implementing new social platforms, products, programs, studios and technologies into all of the company’s linear and digital products and services.

Prior to joining Turner, Morgan was senior manager of social and emerging media at AT&T where she led the company’s social media marketing and executed campaigns that supported key branded entertainment properties, device launches, and large corporate initiatives.

Before AT&T, she was a strategist at social media technology startup Vitrue, Inc. where she led partnerships with retail and CPG clients such as Best Buy, Frito-Lay, Kellogg’s, and State Farm. Early in her career, she held positions with brands such as H-E-B and JCPenney in production, publicity and advertising roles.

Morgan was a Division I student-athlete at Duke University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy and minors in Economics and Markets & Management. She works in Atlanta, Georgia but resides in Austin, Texas with her husband and 2 sons.
