Nathalie Malaty is the Finance Manager for Cox Communications Northern Virginia, based in Herndon, Va. She is responsible for all financial aspects related to capital including fixed assets, forecasting, analysis, and reporting for the system.
Ms. Malaty joined Cox in 2003 as a Staff Accountant and was promoted to Financial Analyst in 2005. She became part of the leadership team in 2006 with her promotion to Accounting Supervisor, later moving into the role of Capital Supervisor. Most recently she was promoted to Finance Manager in 2007.
In 2009 she was nominated to the WICT National Board of Directors for a one year term as the Emerging Leader. While in this role she was also Chair of the WICT National Junior Board in its inaugural year.
Nathalie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University in Virginia, and a Master of Science in Information Systems Technology from George Washington University in Washington DC.
Nathalie and her fiancé Peter reside in Reston, Va.
