Natisha has more than 20 years of experience and extensive training in performance metrics, process improvement methodologies, change management, shared services processes and planning, customer help desk operations, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, and mergers & acquisitions.
Her in current role, she leads 40 payroll practitioners in the functional areas of payroll and time & attendance administration, garnishment processing, quality control, payroll help desk services, payroll performance metric reporting, multistate wage and hour compliance, and process improvement strategies.
Professional accolades include the APA’s 2018 Shared Services Prism Award, 2012 Prism Award for Overall Best Practices, and 2010 Prism Award for Management Best Practices.
Natisha is a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from North Carolina Central University. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, traveling, spending time with her family and participating in various community outreach programs.
