Nell Hanlon

Nell Hanlon is a Manager of Content Acquisition Compliance and Analytics for Time Warner Cable in New York City. Recently, she conceived, designed, and implemented an automated monthly process that allows the Content Acquisition Compliance Group to calculate and determine TWC’s compliance with contractual subscriber benchmarks on an on-going basis. She commonly gathers data and provides analytical research, abstracts, and support for content-acquisition negotiations across all lines of business to ensure the feasibility of contractual compliance.

Prior to working at Time Warner Cable, Nell was a Manager in the Contract Management group of Nickelodeon and Viacom Consumer Products, where she drafted and negotiated long-form merchandise license agreements, contract amendments, agency and publishing agreements, termination letters, etc. across all lines of business.

Nell graduated with honors from Harvard with a degree in English and American Languages and Literatures and stays involved with the University by volunteering with the Harvard College Fund. Nell’s professional affiliations include WICT NY, its Prime Access Executive Mentoring Program, and its Mentoring Circle, as well as Time Warner Cable’s The Women’s Collective, for which she has served as a member of its Events Committee since its inception. In her free time, Nell enjoys taking ballet classes and–unsurprisingly–watching television.
