Nicole De Fusco

As the Vice President of Programming & Development at Sundance Channel, Nicole oversees the development process as well as current series production for both unscripted and scripted projects at the network. Series under her supervision include: Girls Who Like Boys Who Like Boys, All on the Line, Love Lust, and Ludo Bites America. She is responsible for bolstering the production of original series for the network as well as developing brand expansion strategies.

Prior to joining Sundance Channel, Nicole served as Director of Development and original series at FUSE where she developed and produced the highest rated series of the time, including Pants off Dance off, Redemption Song, Videos that Rocked the World, and NOFX: Punkrock Passport. She has also worked as a Creative Executive for Oxygen Network where she was responsible for the development and production of unscripted and scripted series as well as movies. Nicole has a proven track record as an independent producer for broadcast networks as well as an independent film.

Nicole holds a B.A. in both Critical Studies of Cinema-Television and Broadcast Journalism from The University of Southern California where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She is a member of Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT).
