Nicole Joseph

Nicole Joseph is the Director of CPE Cox Business Planning within the Supply Chain organization at Cox Communications. She is responsible for leading the Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) Planning team for the Cox Business portfolio, enabling forecast, supply, demand planning, inventory management, operational readiness, and process execution. In her role, Nicole works closely with various boundary partners (SCM, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Field Operations) to accurately plan equipment utilization and preposition inventory across the enterprise ahead of customer sales while managing inventory working capital.

In her previous role as Senior Program Manager within Supply Chain, she successfully managed highly complex projects requiring independent decision-making and process optimization while driving operational engagement and handoffs across multiple functional groups within SCM. 

Nicole has been with Cox Communications for 5 years. Before joining Cox, she worked at General Electric and held several roles in Supply Chain manufacturing, championing change and creating a culture that fosters innovation and inclusive leadership. Nicole is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt. She has an undergraduate degree with a Bachelor of Science in Administration from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and a Master’s in Business Management with a focus in Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.

When not at work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband and young son. On the weekends, you can find her at sporting events cheering her son on from the sideline.
