Nicole Oatis is the Manager of Business Operations at Comcast. In her role, she is responsible for analyzing and evaluating operational performance metrics as well as ensuring data integrity for the customer care organization. She closely partners with various members throughout the organization and provides them with meaningful data stories that they can utilize to make sound business decisions. The data Nicole is responsible for is also used for executive leadership financial reporting and budgeting. Nicole has been with Comcast since July of 2006. Prior to this role she was a Senior Reporting Analyst in the Northeast Division.
Nicole earned a BS with a concentration in marketing and a minor in economics from Fitchburg State University in Fitchburg, MA. In her spare time you will find Nicole out on the sports fields cheering for her two children who are avid sports players. She also enjoys watching the Patriots, visiting with friends and spending time with her husband.
