Nicole Romino recently started in the telecommunications industry. She started her career as a business analyst and program manager for Medicaid Waiver Programs across various states and has over 10 years’ experience launching large-scale programs. She obtained her Scrum Master Certification (PSMI) and was a Scrum Master for a data analytics team for internal and external reporting. In March of 2021, Nicole began working at Comcast as a Manager, Business Process Effectiveness.
In her current role at Comcast, she is acting as program manager for the Comcast Privacy Program. She collaborates with multiple stakeholders across the organization to prepare and execute development activities for CA, CO, and VA launches in 2023. Within her first year at Comcast, she has driven multiple strategic initiatives, developed more enhanced and detailed reporting, and created operating standards for internal teams.
Nicole is a West Virginia University Alumni and holds a BA in English with a concentration in professional writing and editing and a minor in Communications. She resides outside of Morgantown, WV with her husband and dog. She and her husband are expecting their first child mid-March 2022. In her free time, Nicole loves crafting, wood working, and spending time with her family and friends.
