Nirali Patel is the Director of Change Acceleration at Comcast Spotlight. In this role, Nirali partners with various work streams to ensure each project aligns to the strategic goals of the larger organization. Her work brings speed to market deployments and helps achieve full scale adoption of the initiatives by all impacted parties.
Before joining Comcast Spotlight, Nirali provided Enterprise Change Acceleration support for Comcast Cable. Most notably, she was a key player in developing the Change Strategy in support of the deployment of Net Promoter System (NPS) across Comcast’s footprint.
Prior to joining Comcast in 2014, Nirali gained extensive sales experience in several industries and organizations. Through her sales career, she’s had the opportunity to work with multiple Fortune 100 companies and larger digital companies to develop solutions that provided substantial cost-savings and maximized revenue opportunities.
Nirali attended Drexel University majoring in International Business and Marketing with a minor in Communications. She currently resides in South Philadelphia. Outside of work, she enjoys photography, live music, running, and spending time with friends and family.
