Nisha Shenoy

Nisha is a Senior Director, Process Analysis within Customer Operations at Charter Communications. She is responsible for delivering multi-year cross organizational programs with a focus on customers and reduction in unnecessary transactions. In her role, she helps identify data driven strategic opportunities that drive efficiencies, standardize processes to improve customer experience and drive value for Charter.

As a SME and thought leader, she has helped define vision and deliver programs such as Location Lifecycle Management and Serviceability. Her team has led cross functional initiatives to reduce outage related calls as a part of the Outage Management program. She is currently supporting the rural buildout program that will enable cable service to ~1M unserved locations nationally by partnering with Field Operations, Customer Operations, Marketing and Technology teams.

 

Prior to joining Charter, Nisha was a Senior Manager at Accenture. She led numerous projects helping major Cable, Media and Wireless companies with multi-billion dollar mergers and acquisitions, network evolution strategy, process and tool standardization efforts, and post-merger FCC requirements.

 

Nisha has a BS in Chemical Engineering and an MBA in Finance and Operations.

 

Outside of work, she is a cooking enthusiast trying new dishes and creating new recipes. She loves to travel and explore new places. Last summer, she hiked Mt. Mansfield, VT. She also dabbles in stocks.
