Manager, Sales Operations & Support Comcast
Olga Martinez is the Manager of Sales Operations and Support
for Comcast Business Services in the Chicago Region. In this role, her responsibilities include
managing the end to end order flow working
between cross-functional organizations (Sales Agents, Local, National Sales
Teams, Construction, National Operation Support teams, BSC, CAG, Tech Ops, and
Dispatch.) She is also responsible to ensure order flow is efficient through
the SMB service delivery process by analyzing processing metrics of both her
team and downstream teams. Her close relationships with the Sales, Tech
Ops, and BSC leadership teams allows Chicago to deliver Best-In-Class OA/reject
rates, completion percentage, and installed revenue.
Olga Martinez began her career with Comcast in 2007, as a
Residential Customer Care Leader. Olga later joined Business Services
during the successful Business Services Care launch in the Chicago Region. She
transitioned into the Business Services Sales Support and Operations team,
where she manages a team of 10 support coordinators. Olga is instrumental
in implementing several Sales Support best practices for Chicago Region,
including centralizing the Sales Support team, establishing the Concierge
program, and Case Management.
Olga Martinez earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business
Systems from Judson University in Illinois and at present, is pursuing a
Master’s of Business Administration with emphasis in Project Management from
Keller Management University. In her spare time, she enjoys bike riding,
traveling, volunteering, and going to sports games.
