Pat Crull, Ph.D.

Pat Crull, GVP and Chief Learning Officer, has accountability for the enterprise-wide Learning, Organization Effectiveness, and Inclusion functions for Time Warner Cable.

Doctor Crull is a Licensed Psychologist with a Ph.D. from Northwestern University. She began her professional work with Arthur Andersen/Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) as an  Associate Partner responsible for management development, executive (partner) development,  and training methodology.  Pat then joined Baxter Healthcare and served as Vice President of the Baxter Institute for Training and Development.  She was Vice President and Officer in Charge of Worldwide Training, Learning and Development at McDonald’s Corporation for eight years.  Before joining Time Warner Cable, Pat was Vice President and Chief Learning Officer in charge of Training, Learning and Development for Toys “R” Us, Inc.

Pat currently serves on the Boards of Directors for Leadership Charlotte, where she is Chair, Hospice and Palliative Care for the Charlotte Region, where she is VP, and the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE).  She is on the Editorial Advisory Board for Chief Learning Officer Magazine and on the Advisory Board for Bersin & Associates.  She serves as Co-Chair of the SCTE Diversity Advisory Committee.  Pat was the Chair of the Board of Directors of ASTD (American Society of Training and Development).

Other past involvement in professional and community organizations includes Board of Trustees, Alder School in Chicago; Co-Chair of Conference Board Council of Development, Education and Training; President of the Board of Directors, Tri City Family Services; Advisory Board, Ronald McDonald Children’s Hospital; Vice President, Board of Directors, Fox Valley Hospice; Board of Directors, Kane County Legal Aid Society; Corporate Gift Committee, Morton Arboretum; Workforce Advisory Council of the Board for ACT (American College Testing) and Corporate Development Advisory Council for the Mint Museums.

In the Cable industry, Pat is a member of WICT, NAMIC, SCTE, CTHRA, and SCTE.
