Patricia Aleman is Director of Regional Sales for Central and South Texas for Charter Communications. She started her career as a telemarketer in 1985 for Tele-Communications Inc. offering ten channels of video service. It was at that time, Patricia knew she found a home in the communications industry. Her journey continued in the Marketing department for Time Warner Cable. While at Time Warner Cable, she joined the Direct Sales team initially as supervisor and was promoted to Direct Sales and Tap Audit Manager for South Texas.
In 2010, Patricia joined Charter Communications as Direct Sales Manager. Her team led the West Division in new customer acquisition. Patricia’s strengths are in team building and training. She spearheaded the Mobile sales challenge, where her team consistently ranked as the #1 for Direct Sales. In 2021 and 2022, Patricia won Spectrum Elite.
Patricia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas A& M University in Corpus Christi, Texas. Outside of work, Patricia enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
