Patricia Kellaghan

Patricia Kellaghan is a product management executive with over 15 years experience in product development, operations and technology in media, entertainment and Internet industries. 

She is currently the Vice President of Operations and Program Management for Video and Advanced Advertising products at Cablevision.  She holds responsibility for daily operations of the video business and oversight of the new product development lifecycle and operations of video and advanced advertising products in market.
 
Most recently, Patricia oversaw an extensive digitization effort for Cablevision’s video service and the launch of numerous innovative consumer products and services including the Optimum App (extending Cablevision’s video service to Apple’s iPad device) and DVR Plus (a remote storage DVR service).  In addition, she has developed and implemented best practices around support of these new products and services and is driving Quality initiatives to maintain the best customer experience with Cablevision’s video service.

During her 8 years at Cablevision, Patricia has worked in product development, operations and strategic functions in support of Cablevision’s broadband, video, commerce and advanced advertising products.  Prior to joining Cablevision in 2003, Patricia held senior operations and product development positions in Internet-related companies.  She developed business and operational plans for start-up organizations, including an interactive agency and a digital media asset management consulting group.  She also oversaw high performance teams of interactive media professionals to deliver compelling interactive experiences to clients, while working at a number of New York interactive agencies (Frankfurt Balkind, T3 Media and Grey Direct). 

Patricia was educated in her native Ireland and holds an MBA from Smurfit School of Business, UCD, Dublin and a BA in Russian & German from Trinity College Dublin.  While pursuing her undergraduate degree at Trinity College Dublin, she spent 6 months at Leningrad State University, Russia in 1991, studying Russian language, literature, history and politics.  She is currently a member of Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT), Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing (CTAM) and the Smurfit School of Business Alumni Association.
