Patricia Mack started in the cable industry in 1984 and has held many positions such as Front Counter Rep. Billing Coordinator, Regional Administration Assistant, Office Manager and Regional Billing Coordinator.
Patricia joined the Suddenlink team in 2005 and currently serves as IT Billing Director in St. Louis. She is responsible for management of the development, deployment, testing and daily functions related to batch processing for Lockbox, ACH and Paymentech transactions, the coordination of refund funding and monitoring of Fiserv ebill processing and reports related to these activities.
Patricia resides in Godfrey, IL with her husband of 31 years, Cedric. They have two daughters, one son and one son-in-law. When Patricia is not spending time spoiling her three grandchildren, she enjoys cooking, scrapbooking and reading.
