Patricia Martin is the director of network services for Cox Communications in Oklahoma. She has statewide responsibility for all residential and commercial network construction activities for both fiber and hybrid fiber coax (HFC) facilities, including new build, maintenance and design. Martin is experienced in working with city, state municipalities, and utilities on construction projects as well as disaster recovery operations.
Martin has an extensive background in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining Cox Communications in 2005, she was the director of service delivery for Patriot Media; the telephony operations manager and western director of advanced services for Charter Communications and the senior small business operations and implementations manager for AT&T.
Martin is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma. She currently serves as co-chair of the Cox Oklahoma diversity council and is a member of Leadership Tulsa’s New Horizons board member program for diverse community leaders. Martin works on the board of the Mental Health Association of Tulsa and is a big sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma. She and her husband, Travis, have three children: Kara, Trent and Tripp.
