Punita Ramchandani

Punita Ramchandani was promoted to Senior Director, International Accounting in 2007. Punita oversees the accounting, consolidation and reporting of the ESPN International business that spans 46 television networks outside the United States across 200 + countries and territories. She is also involved with international acquisitions through due diligence, asset valuations and transition planning.  

Punita started her career at ESPN as a staff accountant in the December of 2000. Over the years she has held a number of positions with increasing responsibility supporting domestic production, ESPN the Magazine, ESPN.com and ESPN’s international businesses.  

In addition to her core responsibilities, Punita serves on ESPN’s newly formed Employee Learning Council as well as ESPN’s Diversity Council, is the Finance Chair for the Asian employee resource group and is a member of the women’s employee resource group.  

Prior to ESPN, Punita was with Arthur Andersen LLP. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and is a CPA. She is also a member of the AICPA (American Institute of CPA’s) and CSCPA (Connecticut Society of CPA’s).  

Punita lives in Connecticut with her husband Deepak, 8 year old daughter Neesha and 5 year old son Kunal.
