Rabia de Lande Long

Rabia de Lande Long is a management consultant, executive coach, and team facilitator who helps organizations improve their performance at the individual, team, and enterprise levels. She partners with senior executives to enhance their business results by aligning business strategy, processes, structure, and people.

Prior to launching Chartwell Advisors, Inc. in 1997, Rabia helped found and grow the Organizational Change Practice at Price Waterhouse, where she specialized in organizational strategy, structure, culture, post-merger integration, and technology assimilation.  She had joined PW as a compensation consultant.  Rabia was later recruited to Ernst & Young to develop the People Effectiveness Practice, where she led projects in knowledge management, change management, and human capital.  Before consulting, she held a number of corporate positions for PepsiCo International, GE Capital, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Macy’s.

Over the last ten years, Rabia has worked in the media and entertainment world with clients such as A&E, BET, Facebook, Hallmark, History, HBO, Lifetime, McGraw-Hill, Nielsen, New Line Cinema, Saatchi & Saatchi, Time Warner, Univision, WEtv, and Yahoo.  In any given week, she leads off-sites and leadership development programs, advises on post-merger integrations, and serves as a consigliere to senior leaders working through complex business issues.

Rabia earned an MBA with concentrations in marketing and organizational behavior from the Yale School of Management, and holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Virginia.  With clients in the US, Europe, and Asia, Rabia racks up a lot of frequent flier miles from New York, where she lives with her husband and two children.
