Rakhi Seth-Forrest is Director, Consumer Protection for WarnerMedia and has been with WarnerMedia HBO since 2011. In this role, Rakhi is responsible for developing the fraud prevention strategy and infrastructure to prevent, detect and mitigate fraud, while ensuring a friction free consumer subscription experience for HBO digital products. She leads a team covering the key areas of account sharing, fraud prevention and risk optimization and is accountable for communicating the overall strategy and requirements to all business partners responsible or impacted by fraud management solutions.
Previously, Rakhi has worked in Program Management receiving her PMP and Agile certifications. In this capacity Rakhi lead a Program Governance team implementing process improvements including the use of Agile Methodology, evaluation and recommendation guidelines for corporate financial justification and ROI analysis. Rakhi additionally co-leads the women’s business resource group in the design and conducting of workshops, networking social events and training seminars to inspire and support women working at HBO promoting unguarded conversations and helping women meet their professional goals.
Rakhi has earned her B.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of Connecticut and has professional certification in Strategic Management from Harvard University Extension school.
Outside of work, Rakhi enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and playing with her kids. She lives in Brooklyn, NY with her husband their daughter and two sons.
