Ray Robinson

Ray is a Veteran Army Officer and Best-Selling Author with 26 years of leadership, entrepreneurship, and Chaplain experience including 6 years at the Pentagon and 11 years at Cox Communications. Ray is a graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point with a degree in Computer Science and of Regent University with an M.Div. in Practical Theology and M.A. in Organizational Leadership.

Ray is a strategic maximizer and influencer who leads at the heart with a true passion in life to help individuals find their purposes in this life and pursue that purpose wholeheartedly. Ray led the development, management, and training of a team of fiber, satellite, and inside/outside plant techs responsible for the entire South Korean Fiber backbone. In Texas, Ray managed and trained network engineers, sys admins, and techs in both Signal and Military Intelligence organizations responsible for domestic and overseas networks. Later, Ray worked at the Pentagon as a Network Centric Warfare Senior IT Analyst and trainer for the Air Force CTO and CIO. At Cox, Ray has been responsible for managing and transforming 6 Technical Operations teams.

 

Ray’s motto and mantra are “People First, Business Always” and “I Lead Leaders.” Ray believes that the greatest tenant in leadership is love. In Ray’s free time, Ray works on developing the foundation to fund a passion to “heal hearts and minds” helping individuals find their true passions/purposes in this life and giving them the tools to pursue them. Ray’s pronouns are they/them/theirs or simply Ray/Ray’s.
