Rebecca Lamperski serves as Senior Director of Learning and Development at Comcast University. In her current role, Rebecca partners nationally with Comcast Spotlight and Xfinity Communities to develop training strategies that help sales teams achieve their business goals. Rebecca also leads initiatives to drive sales leader effectiveness by designing and implementing training programs for Comcast’s sales leaders.
A 16-year veteran of Comcast, Rebecca began her career at Comcast Spotlight with her last position being Tri-State Senior Director of Sales guiding local sales efforts of TV and digital advertising. She was responsible for the strategy and success of 8 sales teams in the Pittsburgh, Wheeling, Youngstown and Johnstown/Altoona/State College Markets.
Coaching is a passion and area of expertise for Rebecca. In 2011, she graduated from Duquesne University’s Professional Coach Certification Program and earned her ACC Coaching Certification from the International Coach Federation. Rebecca also has a specialty in team/systems coaching, and has completed a 5 course program with CRR Global on Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching.
Rebecca earned her MBA from St. Joseph’s University, and her Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Rebecca resides in Pittsburgh with her husband, Jamie, and her two daughters Jessica and Jackie.
