Rebecca Paduone

Rebecca Paduone is the Advertising Sales Manager for the Arizona Region for Cable ONE. She leads her team in local and regional commercial advertising. Rebecca is charged with motivating, inspiring and empowering her team to successfully reach and exceed any and all goals both professionally and personally.  In this most recent role, Rebecca has implemented internal incentive programs that have allowed her team to achieve success exponentially sooner that projected. 

Cable ONE is the 10th largest traditional cable provider and is owned by The Washington Post. In 2003, Rebecca was brought on, at the corporate level, as the Corporate Promotions Manager for the advertising division of CableONE. In that role, Rebecca was responsible for creating, promoting and facilitating all national sales programs for the advertising division of Cable ONE. She was responsible in designing and publicizing programs that generate revenue and brand awareness for clients throughout the company’s 19-state footprint. In this capacity, she has won “The Outstanding Contribution Award” for Cable ONE in 2006 and most recently in 2010. She is also a recipient of the prestigious Cable Advertising Bureau (CAB) ”Sales Achievement of the Year” award.

Prior to Cable One, Rebecca was with AMC Networks as a Marketing Manager and with The Discovery Channel as an LAS Account Manager. She began her cable television career in 1992 as a CNN intern reporter.

Rebecca graduated from Northern Arizona University with a BS in Marketing Communications and Broadcast Journalism. She is a currently the Mentor Chair for the AZ/NM chapter of Women In Cable Television (WITC) and a member of the CAMP committee of Cable Advertising Bureau (CAB). Rebecca lives in Prescott, AZ and is advocate of healthy and active living within her community.
