Regional Manager, Outbound Sales Time Warner Cable
Renee Deaton is the Enterprise Outbound Vendor Manager for Time Warner Cable, based in Morrisville, NC. She has over 17 years of experience in the Cable/Telecommunications industry, primarily in Outbound Sales.
Throughout the past 17 years, she’s expanded her career at Time Warner Cable, starting as a call center agent in Cincinnati, Ohio. Renee relocated to Raleigh in January of 2010 to begin her career as the Regional Telesales Manager for the East Outbound Call Center. After spending several years as a successful internal leader, Renee accepted and established the role of Outbound Vendor Manager. She immediately immersed herself in her new role, spending countless hours analyzing and understanding the myriad of challenges associated with managing a team of 8+ third party organizations, consisting of more than 700 sales agents.
Once the Vendor Management team was assembled she immediately got to work, essentially starting from scratch. She is able to effectively plan, communicate and implement programs and techniques geared towards driving incremental sales while consistently working with teams to identify and implement tactics to increase sales performance. Her passion is having outstanding customer and employee interactions that drive positive customer growth and employee satisfaction.
Renee’s hard work, leadership skills and overall strong business acumen resulted in nearly 35,000 connected units and $1.6M in monthly recurring revenue between June and December 2013. This team is on pace to connect almost twice those numbers in 2014.
In her spare time Renee enjoys reading, travelling and spending time with family and friends. She resides in Cary, NC with her husband and 2 boys, ages 19 and 12.
