Rhonda Fairley

Rhonda, Market Manager with Comcast, oversees 9 customer service centers in the metro area of Detroit, MI. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring a team of 8 store managers and 73 frontline employees remain in compliance with all operating policies and procedures.

The customer service centers are the #3 leading sales generator for Comcast. Rhonda creates and promotes initiatives to achieve as well as exceed sales and retention goals. This was proven in 2012 when Rhonda’s team exceeded the overall sales targets.

A 17-year veteran of the cable industry, Rhonda began her career in 1996 as a customer service representative.  She was promoted to a supervisor in 1999 and then an area manager in 2007 both with Comcast’s customer service centers. Continuing her professional growth she was promoted to senior manager in 2008 where she sits today.

Rhonda has been a member of WICT since 2003. She has been nominated for several leadership awards throughout her career and truly believes real performance comes from ensuring her employees feel valued. She is the proud mother of 2 college students and a handsome Shih-Tzu.
