Roada Hawkins is Senior Manager of Human Resources supporting Field Operations in the Big South Region. As the strategic lead for the CommOps department, Roada partners as a trusted advisor on leadership development, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational design. Roada works with leaders to drive the desired business results by focusing on the employee experience.
Roada began her professional career in the United States Air Force. During her time in service, she had the unique opportunity to work at the Pentagon, White House, and U.S. Capitol. In 2000, she began her journey into telecommunications, ultimately working for top companies such as L-3 Communications, T-Mobile, and Verizon.
Roada has a Bachelor’s in Business Management and a Master’s in Human Resources Management. She resides outside of Atlanta, GA with her husband and two children. She enjoys traveling, including to her son’s college football games.
