As founder and CEO of Big Fish Marketing, Robin launched and reinvented A&E, AMC, Animal Planet, Aon, Bloomberg, CNN, Comedy Central, Discovery, FX, Hallmark Channel, History, Lifetime, MTV, Oxygen, TBS, TV Guide and Wet n Wild Cosmetics.

Raised by a single dad who ran a small boutique advertising agency, Robin started her brand-building career at age 12 accompanying her father to pitch meetings and learning how to lay out ads at their kitchen table. 

Great brands are built on simple truths that can be used to reinvent a brand as well as reignite a career, Robin believes. That is why today, Robin consults on brand reinvention and creates workshops and training programs that teach top potentials and sales teams how to increase their value through a personal brand strategy that delivers right to their company’s bottom line. Recent engagements include custom programs for Microsoft, Philips, Mattel, Cox Media, and UBS.

Prior to launching Big Fish, Robin was in at the beginning of Turner Network Television (TNT) as Manager of Creative Services. Promoted to Director of Advertising and Promotion for TNT, Headline News, TBS, and CNN only nine months after launching TNT, Robin green lit the campaign that turned CNN into The World’s News Leader.

Robin has authored four books including Make A Name For Yourself, Fearless Fish Out Of Water, Reinventing Yourself: 10 Steps To Shifting Your Career Into High Gear and her forthcoming book, The Year of Living Fearlessly.  A speaker and frequent media guest on career reinvention and personal branding, Robin keynotes corporate conferences, association and university events. Her advice as a career expert has been featured on ABC, NBC and Bloomberg and in the Los Angeles Times, Washington Post, Investor’s Business Daily, Entrepreneur Magazine, American Way, Fast Company, Fortune Magazine and many others. Robin is a contributing career writer to Martha Stewart’s Whole Living Magazine and publishes a weekly blog on career topics.

Robin lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico with her husband Steven and their daughter Roxy.  Together, they enjoy organic vegetable gardening, hiking, cooking and world travel.
