Robin Jackson is a director with the Test Management Office (TMO) at Charter Communications in Charlotte, NC. In this role she oversees automation development, quality assurance and test data management activities for teams in Charlotte, NC and St. Louis, Missouri. What is most rewarding to her in this current role is that she is able to make significant impacts to the testing organization with the growth of automation technologies. Charter Communications is one of the nation’s fasting growing TV, internet and voice providers.
Robin is an active member of the Charlotte community and is involved with Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT), she also holds a leadership role with Women in IT (WIT) at Charter, where she supports women in IT positions and leadership roles.
She received an associate of science in accounting from Lima Technical University and a bachelor of science in computer science from Findlay University in Ohio. She enjoys traveling and playing recreational sports in her spare time.
