Manager, Human Resources Comcast
Robin Perman serves as Human Resources Manager supporting the West Division at Comcast, where she supports Care and Customer Experience. Robin works directly with business leaders to plan, design, and execute Human Resources services that are aligned with forward thinking business strategies. She is a trusted business partner and is known for her business orientation and customer service based support.
Robin worked at Gannett prior to joining Comcast, and she most recently served as Senior Human Resources Business Partner supporting Gannett’s sales division within the Midwest and Mountain regions. In this role, Robin supported Regional Publishers during restructuring of their sales teams by acting as an internal consultant in all areas of Human Resources business strategy, including Organization Design, Talent Management and Development, and Employee Engagement.
Robin earned her Bachelor of Science in Textile and Apparel Management from the University of Missouri—Columbia. Robin is currently studying for her Senior Professional in Human Resources certification. She and her husband recently relocated to Denver and enjoy spending time with their three year old daughter and nineteen month old son.
