Roisin Nicholas is Director of Base Management at Comcast Business. In this role, Roisin is responsible for reducing loss of small/mid-size business customers by identifying leading churn indicators and developing risk mitigation tactics.
Roisin has worked at Comcast the past 16 years holding various roles in Sales, Training, Leadership, and Operations. She’s passionate on leading transformative initiatives and enhancing the employee experience.
Prior to her current role, she was a Senior Manager in Sales Operations where she drove business and process improvements across five sales channels. She has led Live Chat optimizations, as well as managed vendor relationships.
Roisin was born in Ireland, where much of her family still resides. She is a graduate of Temple University with a degree in Broadcasting. She lives outside Philadelphia, PA with her husband and two children.
