Rose Holden

Rose Holden is Director of Multicultural Marketing Communications for Comcast. Since 2007, she has spearheaded and helped develop award-winning, in-culture, in-language communications that have led to a 98% increase in Comcast Hispanic subscribers.

 

As director, Rose is responsible for developing and executing strategic integrated marketing communications plans, managing end-to-end communications efforts, ensuring that agency partners are aligned with company objectives, and building internal communications consensus across all levels of the company.

 

Rose began her career at Comcast in 2003 as an intern, and quickly became an integral part of the Marketing Communications team. In her different roles she assisted in the development of High Speed Internet, Video, Triple Play, and retail advertising, and managed a departmental budget of over $100million.

 

Rose holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from West Chester University, where she graduated with honors. She also holds a leadership position with Unidos at Comcast, a Latino employee resource group that promotes awareness of Latino culture and community within the company.

 

Rose is a native of Philadelphia, where she currently lives with her husband, Chris.
