Rose Le

Rose began her career in telecommunications in 2006 as a Learning & Development Coordinator for Time Warner Cable’s corporate L&D team in Charlotte, NC. There she experienced the positive impact adult learning and instructional design principles have on an organization as she supported learning initiatives for front-line to executive leadership.

With a passion for improving workplace performance, Rose grew in her career while managing training design projects for product launches, soft skills, systems and new hire curricula. Today Rose leads a talented team of Instructional Designers who support Time Warner Cable’s Business Services line of business as a Manager of Instructional Design.

A recent participant in WICT Mentoring Circles program, she is an active member of American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) and the eLearning Guild. She also served on the Communications and Social Media Strategy committee for TEDxCharlotte, an independently organized TED event, in 2011 and 2013.

Rose earned her BBA from Loyola University New Orleans in Economics and Japanese Studies with Honors in 2003 and spent three years teaching English in Japan to high school and adult students while playing weekly in a Japanese taiko drum troupe. Rose loves theatre, art, and her three men—husband, dog, and 8-month old baby boy.
