Ruth Cheng works at MTV Networks as the Director of Human Resources in the headquarter group for the International division. In this role, Ruth serves as a business partner to senior executives and client groups around the world by providing solutions and support within a complex and evolving international marketplace that enables them to achieve success. Ruth has been with MTV Networks for 10 years. Prior to MTV Networks, Ruth developed her recruitment expertise across several industries at top-tier organizations including Skadden Arps, Arthur Andersen, and Goldman Sachs.
Ruth received her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from SUNY Buffalo. She earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources certification in 2009. Ruth lives in New York City with her husband Dan and their 2 young children Matthew and Lyla.
