Sally West is Senior Director of Reporting and Analytics for Charter’s Network Operations. She leads a team whose mission is to transform raw data into business insights that drive a superior customer experience. Sally holds an accounting degree from Texas A&M University, is a Certified Public Accountant and the author of “Think Like an Owner!” published in Strategic Finance magazine in 2013. Sally has been a speaker at local WICT functions as well as the national WICT Leadership Conference in New York, and has also served on the planning committee for that event. She’s a graduate of the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute and is the 2022 Chapter Advisor of the WICT Midwest Board of Directors.
